Swedish Competition Authority approves Telenor’s acquisition of Bahnhof

The Swedish Competition Authority has approved Telenor’s acquisition of Bahnhof. On 8 July 2026, Bahnhof announced that its principal shareholders, Jon Karlung and Andreas Norman, and Öresund Investment had entered into an agreement with Telenor to sell their shares in Bahnhof.

The Swedish Competition Authority’s decision is available on the Authority’s website.

Once the transaction has been completed, Telenor will become the majority shareholder in Bahnhof.
