Attach the provided network cable to the router’s WAN port – located at the bottom of the device – and connect it to the broadband outlet in your home.
If you have a fibre termination box instead of a traditional broadband outlet, connect the cable there instead. The correct port is usually labelled ”Internet” or ”LAN1”.
Connect the power cable and press the power button, which is located just above the power outlet on the back of the router.
Wait approximately 15 minutes for the router to boot up and download any necessary configurations. In some cases, the startup process may complete faster, but you may need to restart the device.
Connect your mobile device by scanning the QR code located at the bottom of the router or by manually entering the WiFi password (SSID). You can also connect a computer or game console via cable to one of the LAN ports on the back of the router.
We now hope that your broadband is working as it should. Should you need any further assistance, you are always welcome to chat with us on My Pages or call 010-510 00 00.
